Kettlebell

 

 This Kettle Bell Class is a great way to simultaneously tone and strengthen your entire body.  This class is for all  fitness levels. Discover results.

Circuit

 

The circuit class will put you through your paces by getting you to perform weight bearing exercises intermixed with cardio stations. If you aren't sweating after this class you aren't trying hard enough.

Total Body Conditioning

 

This 1 hour program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and rows.

Zumba

 

Fusing Latin music with easy to follow steps.  This low impact, high intensity class will blow you away. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
